iPad 3 specs and rumors are what everyone is talking about even though the iPad 2 is being released tomorrow.  The real story should be about the second generation iPad but instead it somehow got to be about the iPad 3 and the rumored release for later this year.  There are already several rumors circulating about the iPad 3 specs and even pictures of the third generation iPad. Quite honestly it is a bit ridiculous that there are iPad 3 release date rumors already but hey, a portion of the fun with Apple products is the rumor mill.

iPad 3 Design RumorsApparently the iPad 2 will not be a complete overhaul of the iPad but more of just a minor update in specs and not as much of an update in design.  We will get more of a design overhaul with the iPad3.  I mean look at that picture, its beautiful. One question you have to ask yourself here is, if the second generation iPad is being released now, why would anyone buy it knowing that there will be a third generation iPad being released in only 6 months.  Then again, you never really know what Apple is going to do or when they will do it, but these rumors of an iPad 3 release later this year cannot help iPad 2 sales.

I do think that the rumored iPad 3 design looks incredible – not sure if this is anything how it will actually look and hopefully the specs will be as incredible as the proposed design … (image via maclife)

Update: Hopefully the third gen iPad will be flash compatible.  The major feature that is missing currently from the iPad is that there is not such thing as iPad flash compatible.
